By accessing, browsing, or using any part of this website — including any of our 50+ free browser-based testing tools — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), along with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Disclaimer, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of ClickTests.net immediately. Your continued use of the site following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone else who accesses or uses clicktests.net, regardless of location or device.

2. Description of Service

ClickTests.net provides a collection of free, browser-based input performance testing tools. These tools include — but are not limited to — click speed tests, reaction time testers, typing speed tests, mouse DPI calculators, keyboard performance tools, aim trainers, mobile tap testers, FPS monitors, and gaming performance benchmarks. All tools are provided free of charge and require no account creation or software installation.

We reserve the right to add, modify, suspend, or remove any tool or feature at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee that any specific tool or feature will remain available indefinitely.

3. Eligibility

ClickTests.net is a general-audience website. By using this site you represent that:

• You are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum digital age of consent in your jurisdiction, if higher).
• If you are under 18, you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the site.
• Your use of ClickTests.net does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your country of residence.

5. Test Results and Accuracy

All tools on ClickTests.net use the browser's performance.now() API for sub-millisecond timing precision. Test results are intended to serve as useful performance estimates under the conditions present at the time of testing.

However, results are inherently subject to variation caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

• Your hardware — mouse polling rate, keyboard switch type, touchscreen response speed
• Your browser — version, engine, and background processes
• Your operating system — task scheduling, input driver latency
• System load — CPU usage, background applications, memory pressure
• Network conditions — for any features that involve external calls

Results from ClickTests.net are not certified measurements and should not be relied upon for any purpose requiring formal or regulated accuracy. We make no warranty that results represent objective hardware performance independent of the above variables.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on ClickTests.net — including but not limited to tool designs, source code, user interface elements, graphics, icons, text, layout, and written content — is the exclusive property of ClickTests.net or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are permitted to share links to ClickTests.net tools and to reference our tools in your own content, provided that you:

• Accurately attribute the content to ClickTests.net with a link to the original page.
• Do not reproduce substantial portions of our content verbatim without written permission.
• Do not use our branding, logo, or name in a way that implies endorsement or affiliation without our consent.

Any unauthorised use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of content from ClickTests.net may constitute a violation of intellectual property law and could result in legal action.

7. Advertising — Google AdSense

ClickTests.net does not require account creation and does not host user-generated content on its main tools pages. However, if you contact us via email or our contact form, you agree that:

All test scores computed in our tools are processed locally in your browser. If you enable Score History, scores are stored in your browser's localStorage only and are never transmitted to our servers.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue ClickTests.net or any of its tools at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including maintenance, legal compliance, or product changes. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The revised Terms take effect immediately upon posting. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of ClickTests.net after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and applicable Member State law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
